Order Rules
In this page, it is described the rules to order from the outside of Japan.
In case you order from Japan, please read to order Japanese page.

   Customer can choose out of the following two ways.
1. Order form on this site.  (We recommend this way)
　Please fill in order form and click "order" button.　Order form <-- Click here
2. Facsimile or Mail
   Please write following items.
    1) Goods to order
    2) Quantity
    3) Your name
    4) Your address
    5) Receiver's address and name
            (If you want to send goods to the place different from your address,
             please write the address to send the goods.)
    6) Call sign  (If you have an amateur radio station.)
    7) Telephone number
    8) E-mail address
    9) Way which you want sending the money.
            (Wire Transfer/International Postal Money Order/Cashier's Check)
    10) Way which you want for shipping. (EMS/UPS/DHL/Fedex)
    11) Other request (For example, you need receipt, you want us to modify the goods.)
Shipping   Customer can choose the shipping way from EMS, UPS, DHL and Fedex.
  After reception of customer's order, MusenKoubou will investigate the way to send the goods and shipping fee. And MusenKoubou inform customer them. MusenKoubou may recommend a different shipping way from the way for which customer wished.
  MusenKoubou ships goods using the way with customer's agreement.
Remittance   Customer can choose the way to send the money from wire transfer, international postal money order and cashier's check. (You can't use credit card, sorry!)
  Customer must pay the money transfer commission.
  Please let us know the way which you want sending the money, when you order goods.
  If you choose wire transfer, MusenKoubou will inform you our account number.
Please send the fee of the goods and the shipping.
MusenKoubou will ship the goods after reception of the money.
Payments   Customer must pay the price of goods, the shipping fee and the money transfer commission.
Delivery   MusenKoubou will ship the goods within 3 working days from reception of money.
If MusenKoubou can not ship the goods within 3 working days, MusenKoubou informs you it.
Return Customer can return the goods, in case of followings.
       ( Except these cases, MusenKoubou does not accept to return the goods.)
      Sent goods are not your ordered goods.
      Sent goods are not working.
      Sent goods are broken.
In these cases, customer must inform MusenKoubou and return goods within 7 days from your reception.
               ( In case over 7 days from reception of goods,
                 MusenKoubou does not accept to return the goods. )
  The shipping fee to return the goods will be paid by MusenKoubou.
